Another group fronted by females is Les Poules à Colin from Québec. They will be performing Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and are made up of five childhood friends who still live on the same street, sharing in a history of music-making and familial ties (a tradition also deeply embedded here in Louisiana). Their sound is a mix of original and traditional pieces, primarily in French but with some English compositions.
