Québécois Music in the Catskills

A dynamic young band, Les Poules à Colin have already played together for 7 years though their 5 members (four women and one man) are aged 19 to 24.

Penguin Eggs, billed as Canada's folk, roots, and world music magazine, calls their music “Profoundly traditional but completely open to current trends.” The UK's fRoots Magazine describes Les Poules à Colin as: “a new take on Québécois folk – recharging the music from within while at the same time bringing fresh elements from outside.”

They've been playing festivals throughout North America and Europe, seeing them in a small venue will be a real treat.

This concert will be inside the acoustically exquisite old Phoenicia Railway Station with seating for under 50. Tickets are $17 or $15 w/RSVP to flyingcatmusic@gmail.or call 845-688-9453
